 After years of learning to bake and trying to take after my mom and learn her skills, I have decided to open my own baking business. I remember growing up, we always had fabulous cakes. What ever we were into, my mom or grandma would bake us that kind of cake! I remember having a big bird, strawberry short cake, cake, smurfs and so many more! I however, did not catch on to the cake baking skill! After I became a mom, I just started to look up different stuff to create to make it fun for my kids! They enjoyed helping on some of the stuff, but I think enjoyed eating it more! When my grandma passed away, I took on her cooking books, recipes and more! My mom recently passed on as well, So now I have even more fun recipes to try and bake! I enjoy doing this and seeing the reactions of my customers when they get their treats! Believe it or not, I am not a big fan of sweets, so I have not tried many of the things I have made, but I am always given the big Thumb's up and that they taste so good!
